Two bills. Both are on the table before we start.
You pay me once, that covers the build, the copy, and getting it live. No contract. I don’t send you a monthly invoice.
You pay Wix to keep the site online. That’s their subscription, billed to you. Your account, your card. I don’t mark Wix up.
If we buy your domain (yourbusiness.com), it’s at Cloudflare at cost — I’ll show you the price first. No SEO packages. No lead guarantees. If something costs money, you’ll see it before you pay it.
Yes. I build it, you look it over, then it moves into your name. You own the site and the web address.
Wix is the company that keeps the site online. That’s their hosting bill, not mine. About $19 a month if you pay the year up front, paid straight to them. I don’t mark it up. Without that plan the site can’t stay live on your own web address — same as any shop that needs a host, not a fee I tacked on.
Your web address is separate, about $10 a year, I prefer Cloudflare but feel free to shop around.
Most Site builds are about 2 weeks from yes to live.
That only works if I get what I need from you on time: services, towns, phone, and photos. If those drag, the timeline does too.
