The information on steadfastsites.com is general. It explains who Steadfast Sites is and how a website build works. It is not legal, tax, or other professional advice. It does not create a client relationship by itself. A paid build follows the proposal Griffin sends you.

Steadfast Sites is a veteran-owned shop based in Arkansas. Griffin builds Wix Studio websites for local service businesses. Prices do not include ads, SEO campaigns, social media management, rankings, leads, or more phone calls. We do not promise business results.

Websites, hosting, and tools we do not control (including Wix) can go down or change. If this site links out, we are not responsible for those other sites.

This policy is for steadfastsites.com. It does not cover a client’s own website after we hand it off. That site is theirs.

There is a contact form on this site. If you use it, or if you email or call us, we get what you send — typically your name, phone, email, and message, plus anything else you type in the form.

We do not run analytics. We do not run an email list. We do not collect payment card numbers on this site. A payment processor is planned but is not set up. When that goes live, card data will go to the processor, not into a card file we keep, and this page will be updated with the processor’s name.

This site runs on Wix. Wix may collect technical data so the site can load and stay secure (for example browser type, pages viewed, and IP address). See Wix’s privacy policy for that.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use what you send to answer you and, if you hire us, to do the work. We do not use it for ads or analytics.

We share information only to run the site or do the job — Wix as the host, and later a payment processor if you pay on this site — or if Arkansas or federal law requires it. We do not sell it and we do not rent a list.

We keep contact messages. There is no set delete date.

We take reasonable steps to keep contact information from being misused. If unencrypted personal information of an Arkansas resident is acquired without permission, we will notify people as Arkansas law requires (Arkansas Personal Information Protection Act). That is a notice rule. It is not a promise that a breach cannot happen.

Griffin does not keep a separate cookie list. This site is on Wix, so Wix may use cookies needed to run the site. We do not add analytics or advertising cookies.

This site is for businesses, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Steadfast Sites operates from Arkansas. This policy is meant to follow Arkansas law, including the rule that what we say here has to match what we actually do.

Griffin may update this policy. The version on this page is the current one. We will update it when payments go live or if we turn on analytics.
