Using this website You may browse this site and contact us in the ordinary way. You may not scrape the site, overload it, abuse the forms, harvest contact information, or use the site for anything unlawful. Griffin may refuse or limit access if this site is misused.
We sell website builds only. We do not sell advertising. We do not sell SEO campaigns or retainers. We do not sell social media management. We do not promise rankings, page-one results, leads, or more phone calls.
What you pay separately Hosting and the web address are yours. You pay them at cost. Steadfast does not mark them up.
Wix hosting keeps the site live. The web address is about $10 per year. Those amounts can change when the providers change their prices.
Griffin builds the site. You review it. Then ownership of the site and the web address moves into your name. You own the site and the address.
You send photos of your work and the facts about your business. We do not hunt for stock photos. The site can go live without job shots.
Griffin can stay on later for edits if you ask. That is optional and is not included in the prices above unless a proposal says otherwise.
Griffin works from what you give him. You are responsible for your business facts, licenses, photos, and any claims on your own site. You confirm you have the right to use the text, logos, and photos you send.
After handoff, the words, photos, and other content on your site are yours to use for your business.
Griffin’s process, page structure, and templates remain his. You are not buying those for resale or to copy as a product.
No guarantees Websites, hosting, and third-party tools can fail or change. Wix can change its service. Search results, map listings, and Google Business Profile outcomes are not guaranteed.
Steadfast does not guarantee business results, rankings, leads, or call volume.
Limits To the extent the law allows, Steadfast is not responsible for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect losses, or for outages and changes caused by Wix or other providers we do not control.
Griffin may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one for this site. A paid build follows the proposal or agreement you and Griffin sign.
